Our Story

Leslie Lupu — Partner

Prior to founding HR Innovators, Leslie spent 15 years with Boston Market Restaurants. Leslie has significant expertise in creatively identifying methods for improving the recruitment and retention of employees in the workplace. In her role as Director of  Human Resources, Leslie designed and implemented highly successful HR initiatives. She has a proven record of success in the areas of talent acquisition, succession planning, organizational design, and employee relations. 

Prior to her position at Boston Market, Leslie worked as a human resource executive for Wendy's International and in restaurant operations as a General Manager. Leslie is a graduate of Purdue University and received a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management. She has served as a board member for the Employer's Association of Florida and is a member of the Women's Food Service Forum and the Society of Human Resource Management. 

Beth Barrar — Partner 

Beth Barrar is a well-known Talent Acquisition Manager. Not a newcomer to the field of  Talent acquisition, Beth worked for Hastings and Hastings Personnel, in Miami, Florida for over 25 years.  Beth was hired as a Recruiter and due to her dedication and outstanding performance was promoted to Vice President.  Beth has accumulated an impressive client list working with both Fortune 500 companies as well as small businesses.  She has successfully placed thousands of candidates in all areas of administration and executive search with an emphasis on marketing, finance, sales and administrative support. 

Pam Lazarus — Vice President - Marketing and Client Relations

Pam is a high-achieving, results oriented sales and marketing professional with many years in new business development, account management and customer service.  Pam earned a B.S. degree from the University of Flordia in Communications with an emphasis in advertising.  She spent over 20 years as the Vice President of Marketing and Client Relations at Hastings and Hastings Personnel, in Miami, Florida where she cultivated positive relationships with hiring managers and clients across the United States.
